  1. Measure the base of the neck, adding a centimetre for comfort
  2. Measure the fullest part of the upper torso as your chest guide
  3. To measure the sleeve, start at the centre point of the back of the neck and measure across to the top of the shoulder and down to the wrist.

  1. Measure the fullest part of the bust, adding allowance for comfort
  2. Measure your waist at the smallest part of the torso
  3. Measure around the fullest part of the hip area for a comfortable fit
